The Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is good result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance properties. It’s reacts with ground and air moisture to cure.Fillet on joints wall and floor  For concrete wall and floor should be made fillet/chamfer with Dr. Fixit MS 25 Sealant. Allow sealant to cure for a day prior to other work.  Any corners or angles should be cut.  Floor drain area or drainage cell should be seal joints in between drain and surface with Dr. Fixit MS 25 Sealant.

After the membrane bonds with the concrete it forms an integral seal which prevents lateral water migration and makes it unaffected by any substrate settlement. Reinforcement can be directly laid on top of the membrane and it does not require screed protection. Dr. Fixit Prebond S is a unique HDPE membrane comprising of a HDPE layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective sand particulate layer. The adhesive layer is activated when the concrete is poured /cast on the membrane and it enables the membrane to bond to the underside of the concrete which prevents the ingress of water into the structure as well as prevents tracking of water between the membrane and the structure thereby providing a positive side protection by virtue of an external tanking system against ingress of sub soil water. Dr. Fixit Prebond S can be used for horizontal as well as vertical blind side.

Description Dr. Fixit Fast Flex is a high elastic, waterproofing cement based material. With special waterproofing properties, easy to use by plastering, applying by using a brush and roller or trowel. Can be painted or overlaid. Use with waterproofing for non-toxic water tanks, can be used with drinking water. (Passed the water quality test on toxic substances (heavy metals) of the Water Quality Control Department) Provincial Waterworks Authority. After mixing the two parts together, the liquid material can be applied on the desired surface. After drying, it looks like a rubber sheet. It has the property to prevent water seeping through, seamless and flexible, not cracking. Japanese standard Dr. Fixit Fastflex is a 2-component cement-based waterproofing material, which is powdered (fine sand, sizing), liquid (modified acrylic polymer) and nontoxic substances, environmentally friendly - free Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), excellent waterproofing property - no leakage up to 10 m. hydrostatic pressure Area of Application  Concrete foundations, basements wall and lift pits.  Swimming pools, water tanks and reservoirs.  Concealed roofs, parking decks, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, balconies and planters.  Any other concrete, cement or masonry surface subject to damage from moisture.

In addition to that, it also acts as a binder for the dust particles which gets accumulated on the concrete surface even after cleaning. Typical Applications Ensure that the surface to be primed is dry and free from dust, oil, paint, curing compounds and any other contaminating materials. Stir contents well before use.
